Paid content on F2F should be treated as a product layer with a clear job: premium access, one-off media, special interaction or an upgrade beyond the recurring offer.
Map which paid formats actually exist
F2F is a creator-first fan engagement platform built around creator profiles, subscriptions, PPV and direct interaction and its relevant creator features include subscriptions, PPV content, tips, chat, automated messages, discounts and creator resource tools. Use only the paid formats that are currently available in the creator account.
If a feature is not documented or not enabled for the account, do not build a business plan around it. Platform availability can differ by account, region or rollout stage.
Separate subscription value from paid upgrades
The recurring offer should stand on its own. Paid extras work best when they add a clearly different level of exclusivity, immediacy or customization instead of repeatedly locking the basic promise behind another purchase.
Write an internal offer map: included with subscription, free preview, paid one-off, custom or unavailable. This prevents inconsistent sales language across posts and messages.
Preview without giving away the product
A useful preview reduces uncertainty about quality and theme. It does not need to reveal the complete paid item.
Use consistent naming and thumbnails in the content library so the creator can identify what was promoted, sold and delivered later without relying on memory.
Track sold-media history
When the same media can be promoted more than once, keep a record of publication and sale context. Teams should know whether a fan has already received a specific asset before offering it again.
This becomes especially important when a creator operates across several platforms and uses different bundles or prices.
Price paid content by role in the offer
A low-friction upgrade, premium set and custom request are different products and should not automatically share one price logic. Consider production effort, exclusivity, expected demand and the value already included in recurring access.
Do not make guaranteed-revenue assumptions. Test price and creative separately where possible.
Measure more than opens
Track purchases, revenue per recipient, refunds or disputes where visible, repeat purchase behavior and the effect on retention. A campaign with fewer buyers can still be stronger if those buyers return.
Use the platform analytics available on F2F and combine them with source-level traffic data when the paid offer is promoted externally.
